Backend Operations Executive

Shakarpur, East Delhi · Full-time · Fresher to 1 yr

Open

Handle loan and insurance files end to end — from login and documentation to disbursement and policy processing. Strong Excel and system skills are essential.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12th pass (graduate preferred)
  • Fresher to 1 year experience
  • Strong MS Excel skills (main requirement)
  • Basic system / computer knowledge
  • Comfortable with customer calling
  • Neat, accurate data handling

Key Responsibilities

  • Loan & insurance file processing
  • Operations from login to disbursement
  • Document collection, verification & follow-ups
  • Coordination with banks, NBFCs & insurers
  • Maintaining trackers and customer records in Excel
